Depending on the product it may be shipped from within the USA in which case you will receive it within 3-4 days or it may be shipped internationally if it's a product that can't be sourced locally.
The time frame for products shipped from abroad is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes approximately 2 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 2-4 weeks depending on the time it takes to clear customs or whether there are any delays e.g due to severe weather conditions. We will send you a tracking number if available so that you see where your order is up to once it has been shipped.
